Most temporary staffing firms take applications and interview candidates, then matching them to openings for their clients. At Bear we take a different approach. While anyone is free to apply online with Bear, our ASOP’s (Action Oriented Problem Solver) will then search our system for applicants that are qualified. Only then will we invite that applicant for an interview in our office or at a mutually acceptable meeting place. By being selective in those we interview, our ASOP’s are targeting people with talents and skills to do the job for our clients, not the other way around. Inside Out. Not Outside In.

Bear On-Site
For those accounts that have a minimum of 30 temporary employees, Bear Staffing Services can provide an on-site employee to help with the management of these employees. This On-Site Manager is an employee of Bear Staffing Services and their sole responsibility is to service your account.
