Purpose
Sherri has over 20 years of operational/management experience. Sherri has held operational roles which focused on recruiting and retention strategies, orientation, training, career development and planning. She has also held operational roles with direct P&L responsibility. Sherri has developed and successfully executed new programs and practices to drive high performance and retain top talent through skill building, performance management and the implementation of recognition programs.
Prior to the creation of Bear Staffing Services, Sherri has served in executive management positions most recently as VP of Loss Prevention at Commerce Bank, as well as executive positions in Advanta National Bank (Business Card Call Center Division) and the JC Penney Company.
A great organization of individuals
Gary Johnson started as an Account Executive in the Staffing Industry in April of 1988. Over the next 7 years Gary served in that role as well as being promoted to Branch Manager, Area Manager and finally Vice President of a regional staffing firm providing temporary, temp to hire and direct hire placements of administrative and light industrial personnel.
In 1994, Gary was the co-founder of a specialized trucking firm that provided for delivery and distribution of fine furniture throughout the United States and Canada. As the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Gary directed the growth and development of this company from inception to becoming one of the largest transporters of fine furniture in the country.
During the last 6 years, Gary has served a National Staffing Service in executive management positions, most recently as Vice President of Operations.
