Bear Staffing partners with one of the nations LARGEST Retail/Distribution Centers.
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must speak and read English
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work well with others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with fractions and decimals and read a tape measure
Some of the physical requirements:
Up to 10-12 hours of walking and standing
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Lifting, pushing, pulling, bending and twisting
Must be able to work on the manufacturing production floor
