Bear Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Production Associate in Eau Claire, WI.

Temp to permanent hire position!

Pay Rate: $15-$16.00 per hour

Shift:

• 1st & 2nd

• 12 hour shifts

• Monday - Friday

The Powder Line Associate will work in an assembly-line environment where product unhangs from the line, powder coated, oven-baked, and conveyed to a packaging station. This person will then aid in packaging finished goods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to read blueprints and communicate with co-workers

• Ability to set up, run, and operate machinery

• Counting is required to maintain accurate tracking system

• Must report any equipment issues to department Lead

• Will be required to do periodic quality checks

• Equipment used on the job includes racking fixtures, hooks, bins and pallet jacks

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary

• Organization Skills: Maintain clean and organized work space

• Cross-functional skills: Ability to work and handle multiple job assignments

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate within a team setting

• Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday. Also will be required to lift between 50 to 100 lbs

• Physical Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing environment
