Bear Staffing is seeking a Production Associate in the Reading, MI area to join our team.

Pay: 15.00

Shift:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm

• 12:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, load, scan, and stack cylinders

• Scrape and scrub any excessive grease build up before loading cylinders on conveyer

• Push cylinders along the conveyor and into a washer

• Properly hang cylinders and ensure that the cover is completely covering valve

• Inspection of cylinders to ensure proper application of paint

• Hand sleeve or observe the sleeve machine to ensure each cylinder has a sleeve applied to it

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50lbs. repetitively

• Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day

• Able to work in elements of outdoor weather

• Able to bend and stoop for long periods

• Able to grasp, grip, or twist using hands and wrists

• Ability to follow instructions

Education/Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience preferred
