Founded in 2005 by Gary and Sherri Johnson, Bear Staffing Services focuses on skilled and semi-skilled positions in historically high turnover industries, delivering a higher quality of candidates than many manufacturing recruiters, skilled trade recruiters and skilled labor recruiters through our proven, cutting edge approach, The Inverted Recruiting Model.

Bear Staffing Services does not waste its clients' time or dollars in casting a wide recruiting net. The Workplace Productivity Profile (WPP) reduces the number of unqualified candidates who enter our system. This unique approach allows Bear Staffing Services’ recruiters to source, select, and manage a higher caliber employee for its clients.
