Position Overview
Customer Service Specialist will answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide a fast, accurate and friendly experience for all customer inquiries. You will be responsible for handling all customers concerns and making sure the all customers’ needs are met. You will need to provide excellent service that will result in a one call resolution.
