Virtual Recruitment

The Talent You Need, When You Need It

What Is Virtual Recruitment and How Can It Best Serve You?

Most staffing firms operate with a brick-and-mortar location. They then staff positions through recruiters in the immediate area of those "storefront” locations. While we do have various physical staffing locations, and that’s one way of doing it, we also provide Virtual Recruitment solutions to your on-site staffing issues. This does not mean that the positions are necessarily work-from-home, but rather that the entire hiring process can be done from a device.

To start, 100% of the application process is done entirely online: the applicant never steps foot into the office during any step of applying and being hired for the position. They sign up on the Bear Staffing website and all communication is electronic or by video call. This immediately helps us hire better, more committed employees, as applicants begin this process with purpose.

Purposeful Engagement

Having someone follow a process online takes time, from filling out forms to attaching resumes, cover letters, and recommendations. When someone takes time to complete an application, it shows both focus and engagement, inherently filtering out those who are committed from those who are not.

Walk in traffic is great, but can be potentially unreliable, as they may have been simply walking or driving by on an afternoon spent dropping off resumes or applications to other businesses. It can be less purposeful than going to a website and filling out every step of an application. The Virtual Recruitment model is convenient, purposeful, and allows for a larger pool of applicants.

Specific Recruitment

This model also allows for both small businesses and larger companies with multiple locations to work directly with a recruiter who works with the client across geographical lines, getting to know the company and their process. You have a team assigned by client, not by geography, which allows for both consistency and focus. With our Virtual Recruitment model, you might have a team of 5 recruiters working on openings in 100 locations rather than 100 recruiters working on 1 or 2 openings.
